We got the chance to stay in Clouds Valley 😀had a fantastic 2 nights/3 days with them, which included breakfast and dinner. This has been reserved by a functional corporate organisation. The hotel staff was always helpful and courteous. The hotel has six stories, and we were on the fifth level, which has an amazing view and rooms where really clean and well maintained ♥️🤞🏻. Dinner and breakfast were delicious must try stay dpot👌🏻👍🏻.The best part it's 1 km from Munnar which makes you travel easier to all the tourists spot reducing the time of travel. Very nice hotel nearby City palace and affordable price . Best part morning and night view of rooftop is awesome. and receptionist Mr.Santosh ji is very nice person and guide us properly to visit Local udaipur sightseeing. It was a amazing experience , Jagdish mandir 200 meters, city palace 100 meters, gangour Ghat 300 meters.

So if you are looking for view hotel not tht much worth but as most of people stay for 2 nights in package one can go with this hotel as you hardly spend any time in room. We recently visited this resort (Aug 2023). The resort was so clean and well maintained including the swimming pool. The manager (Mr. Piyush Negi) was very helpful and supported for all the requirements we asked for. All the staff were so sweet and supportive. Over all it was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Thanks to the management. A special mention to the chef, Mr. Shankar, he prepared very tasty food and dishes as per our request. A very good place for enjoying with your family and friends. The rooms are very neat and spacious. The washroom is very clean and hygienic. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and relatives. If any day I want to visit Munnar I will come to Clouds Valley without fail. Ample parking space for all vehicles. It was such a pleasure staying in this hotel. The location of the hotel is calm and peaceful yet on walking distance from Naddi market. View from balcony is of Dhauladar Hills which is snow covered most of the times and is scenetic. Hotel staff, specifically Ankush, helped us so much with every possible facility the hotel could ever provide. The whole staff treats you as their own family. The food was delicious and comes with wide range of variety which you can also get customosed as per your taste. Rooms are big, clean and well maintained.
Staff is courteous. Sometimes, the reception staff can get overwhelmed during group check ins. Things slow down then for all who are waiting.
