Excellent hotel to stay in Gwalior. Location is good. Parking available. Rooms are big enough. Restaurant staff and food is excellent. Special mention of Mr Dharmendra from restaurant staff. He is too attentive, humble and quick in serving his customers. Room service is also excellent. Overall great experience.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Setting up a bar and something similar to a disco on the roof of the hotel, where loud music is played until one o'clock in the morning and then tables are moved, is a completely stupid idea. Sleep was out of the question.

Good if paying less than 1000rs /day. Fake reviews. Oyo rooms hotel. Don’t stay if going with family. Torn sheets, dirty patches on bed sheets and covers. They changed 3 sheets and still this is the result. No parking. Park on the road at night else they will wake you up at 6:00am to take out your car.

I would say no to stay there again because of cleanness and facilities. My room's main door lock was not working properly and each time I had to go to reception for help. Also, they charged me ₹500 for early check-in, no courtesy. Food is also not good not bad, means not worth.

Pathetic Services by the Hotel Staff. No communication to customer regarding services. Staff itself is Confused about the menu and the services they offer. A big no to the Stay at this Hotel. I did advance booking almost 15 days ago. Still facing such issues.
